eSIMfo Unlimited Internet Plan Has a 3 GB Daily Limit

Last night, I purchased a 30-day unlimited internet package through the eSIMfo app. When I woke up this morning, my phone showed a 5G connection, but I could not access any websites or platforms. In practice, my internet connection was completely unusable.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that the package I purchased was actually limited to 3 GB every 24 hours, and that once the 3 GB limit was reached, the connection speed would be reduced and the service would continue at the slower speed. However, the package was advertised as “unlimited” at the time of purchase, and there was no clear information or warning about the daily 3 GB limit or the subsequent speed reduction.

Because of this issue, I requested that my internet service be provided under the conditions advertised at the time of purchase or, if that was not possible, that I receive a refund. However, I have not received any response to either request. Since the conditions I encountered while using the service did not match what was advertised at the time of purchase and my requests have been ignored, I am asking for this issue to be resolved immediately.
