eSIM.io Has Not Activated My United Kingdom Data Plans Purchased Today

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 with two active data plans purchased from eSIM.io. I bought both plans this morning specifically to use mobile data while in the United Kingdom. However, both plans are still showing a status of “pending installation” within the eSIM.io system, and neither of them is functioning on my device.
I have already followed the recommended troubleshooting steps on my end, including multiple attempts to install and activate the eSIMs. Despite these efforts, the status of both plans remains unchanged, and I am still unable to access mobile data.
This issue is causing a significant disruption because I purchased these data plans for immediate use today and expected the service to be available shortly after purchase. Instead, I have been left without the mobile connectivity that I paid for.
I request that eSIM.io immediately investigate this issue and activate both of my data plans that are currently stuck in “pending installation.” I expect the service to be made available without further delay so that I can use the mobile data plans I purchased as intended.
