eSIMBooking Germany Unlimited Plan Did Not Work

For my trip to Germany on June 26, 2026, I purchased the “Unlimited – 5 Days” unlimited internet package for Germany through eSIMBooking for $12.99. My reference code shown in the app is 1090250f59. The payment was successfully charged to my card on June 25.
Although I repeatedly tried to activate the line while I was in Berlin from June 26 through June 30, the internet service never worked. Even though the package appeared as active in the app, my phone could not establish a data connection, and I was completely unable to use the service during this period. I was also unable to reach customer support during my trip.
Since I paid for a service that I was unable to use, I am requesting a full refund of the $12.99 charge as soon as possible.
