Epson Support Failed to Confirm My L3366 Registration and Ignored Emails
I was forced to contact Epson multiple times both before and after purchasing an Epson L3366 printer. During this week-long process, the audio quality of our phone calls was so poor that neither side could understand each other properly. Calls were repeatedly ended with representatives simply telling me to "send an email." I sent emails as instructed, but received no response whatsoever.
After purchasing the product, I completed the online product registration. During registration, the screen indicated that a confirmation email would be sent to me, but no email ever arrived. When I called Epson again regarding this issue, I experienced another phone conversation plagued by poor line quality and hard-to-understand audio, where the agent merely repeated "send us an email" over and over again.
I expect a clear, definitive response from Epson so that I can successfully register my product and benefit from the free Coverplus extended warranty feature, which was stated to be free until the end of July. I demand to be called back on a clear, high-quality phone line where we can communicate properly and have my issue resolved. Such poor communication quality and lack of follow-up are completely unworthy of a corporate brand like Epson. I believe potential buyers should be aware that they may experience these types of communication breakdowns.
