Today I purchased a DLC add-on for Sniper Elite 5 through Epic Games. The purchase appears to have been completed successfully, and the add-on shows up in the DLC section of the game, but it does not work in the game itself and never becomes active.
I tried restarting the Epic Games application and the game, and I also attempted steps such as verifying the game files, but the issue was not resolved.
