Sniper Elite 5 DLC Appears in Library but Does Not Work In-Game

Today I purchased a DLC add-on for Sniper Elite 5 through Epic Games. The purchase appears to have been completed successfully, and the add-on shows up in the DLC section of the game, but it does not work in the game itself and never becomes active.

I tried restarting the Epic Games application and the game, and I also attempted steps such as verifying the game files, but the issue was not resolved. I believe there may be a problem on the system side. I have sent feedback through the application several times, but I have not received any response so far.

I request that the Sniper Elite 5 DLC add-on I purchased be properly activated on my account and made fully usable in the game.
