I purchased FIFA 24 from Epic Games about 2-3 weeks ago. Epic Games directed us to the EA Games application to download the game. However, after linking my EA Games and Epic Games accounts, I cannot find the game in the "Library" section of my EA Games account, even though it should be there. There's no issue with the payment to Epic Games for the game, but we're unable to see the game we purchased in the library section of the EA Games application, let alone install it on our computer.
