I Face Harassment From a Fortnite Player Using Offensive Voice Chat and Messages

About a month ago in Fortnite, I was repeatedly subjected to insults and offensive language from a player with the username “platenistaken_45” during a vehicle-based match. The player also engaged in inappropriate behavior over voice chat throughout the game.

I reported this incident to Epic Games’ customer support as well as through the in-game reporting system, but I have not received any response or seen any action taken so far.
