Reported Toxic Player in Brawl Stars Club but Got No Response from Supercell

On September 7, 2025, while playing Brawl Stars on my iOS device, I was subjected to extremely offensive and abusive messages from a player in my club with the ID #2C2VLRQORP. I reported this incident to the Brawl Stars support team, but I haven’t received any response so far.
The same player has been joining different clubs and teams, using similar offensive language toward other players as well. Such toxic behavior creates a negative gaming environment and has made me feel personally uncomfortable and emotionally distressed.
My username is Enes74. I’m requesting a full investigation into this matter, a permanent ban for the offending player, and an official update on the outcome of my report.
