Enza Home Sona Wardrobe Causes Persistent Odor on My Clothes Despite Ventilation

Hello, we purchased the Sona bedroom set from Enza, including the 5-door wardrobe, two nightstands, and a dresser. We bought the items from the store located in Ankara Antares Shopping Mall. After the products were delivered and set up in our home, we cleaned, dried, and organized our belongings in the wardrobe. However, after a while, both we and others around us started to notice a bad odor on our clothes. We aired out the wardrobe for months, leaving the doors open, and contacted the store, who advised us that the smell would go away over time. It has now been four months, and I waited patiently, thinking it would eventually pass. I have been forced to store all my clothes in storage bags inside the wardrobe. I am exhausted from constantly cleaning, airing it out, and searching for solutions. I urgently request Enza Home to find a solution for my wardrobe. I would like an authorized team to come and inspect it.
