Flyone System Showed PNR Not Found Error and Demanded €134 Check-In Fee

I purchased a ticket from Flyone airline via Enuygun for my Istanbul – Chisinau flight on July 3, 2026. Despite having the correct PNR code (CEKVRB) and entering my information accurately, when I try to check in—both through Enuygun and through the airline's own channels—the system throws a "PNR not found" error.

To resolve the issue, I downloaded the Flyone app, but the app demands an extremely high and unreasonable fee of approximately €134 just to let me check in. I have never encountered such a fee before, and this situation clearly causes me financial hardship.

I tried calling Enuygun to report the issue, but I cannot reach a customer representative in any way. If an extra fee is to be requested for check-in, this should have been stated clearly and explicitly at the ticket purchase stage. Neither can my PNR issue be resolved, nor can I find a proper contact person.

I demand an urgent investigation into this grievance, that my PNR code be activated so my check-in can be completed without additional fees, or that my ticket price along with all additional costs incurred be refunded to me. I expect a prompt reply regarding this matter.
