Enterprise Refused to Refund a Parking Ticket I Paid for a Previous Renter's Fine

I rented a car from Enterprise in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, and sadly, my car got towed because of a parking problem. I found out when I went to pay the fine that there was an old ticket from a past rental I didn't know about. I couldn't get the car back until I paid both fines. The authorities told me that Enterprise would give back the money for the ticket that wasn’t mine, so I went ahead and paid it. So, I told Enterprise about what happened, and while they didn’t say it wasn’t their fault, I still haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve tried to get in touch a few times, but it seems like my messages haven’t been answered. I feel totally overlooked in this situation, and I'm still waiting for the refund that was supposed to come my way.

When I explained this to the Enterprise representative, they didn’t deny the situation but still haven’t refunded my money. Every time I message them, they dismiss the issue.
