Enpara Credit Card Enforcement Started Early Despite Valid Notice Period

I am writing to report a completely unfair enforcement process initiated regarding my Enpara credit card debt and to express my serious complaint about both Enpara and AEB Law Office. Enpara sent me a formal notice by post stating that my total credit card debt, including late interest, taxes, and expenses, amounted to ₺177,415.24 and that I had to pay this amount within 7 days; this notice reached me on 28.11.2025. In line with this, I deposited ₺178,000 into my bank account on 03.12.2025 to close my debt within the given period. However, despite the 7-day period not having expired, I was called by AEB Law Office on 01.12.2025 and informed that an enforcement file had already been opened and that my debt, including the enforcement file, was ₺209,000. In other words, the bank transferred my file to the law office and initiated enforcement before the legal period clearly stated in the notice had ended, which I consider entirely unfair and an attempt at unjust gain. Afterwards, the law office told me that after speaking with the bank, they could close my debt if I paid ₺182,900, yet there is a serious inconsistency between the amount stated in the notice, the money I deposited, and the amount demanded by the law office. During this process, I also contacted Enpara customer services, sent a photo of the notice via the chat screen, and our conversation was recorded under IM40132463, with the document uploaded into the file. However, the phone representative said they could not answer this process, that they would forward my complaint to the relevant department, and that I would be contacted, but I have still not received any clear response, explanation, or solution. I request that the enforcement proceedings initiated against me be cancelled, that the process be corrected in line with the notice sent to me, and that no unjust or additional amounts arising from this premature enforcement or inconsistent calculations be charged to me.
