Steam Key From Eneba Is Region-Locked Despite Global Listing

I purchased a Steam key for “The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion GOTY Edition – Steam Key Global” on Eneba today. The product page and the seller’s offer clearly stated that the key is global and can be redeemed in Poland. However, when I tried to activate the key on Steam today, I received an error indicating that the key is region-locked and cannot be redeemed in my region (Poland). I paid around 15 PLN for this key with the understanding that it would work in my country, as advertised. The product being region-locked directly contradicts the “global” and Poland-compatible information shown on the Eneba page at the time of purchase. I have already contacted Eneba support about this issue today, and I am currently waiting for a response. In this situation, I expect either a full refund of the amount I paid or a working replacement key that is genuinely redeemable in Poland as advertised. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, and that the misleading regional information on the product page be reviewed so that other customers do not encounter the same problem.
