Eneba Unauthorized Credit Card Purchase on April 25, 2025

On April 25, 2025, a purchase was made using my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I request that this transaction be canceled immediately and that a refund be issued to my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and submit a criminal report to the prosecutor’s office.
