Eneba Unauthorized ₺14,000 Credit Card Charge Complaint
An unauthorized transaction was made on my credit card through a virtual card labeled 0012, with ₺14,000 withdrawn from my main credit card. I did not make this transaction and I urgently request a full refund. This payment was carried out without my knowledge, and I do not have any additional cards linked to my account. I have never made a purchase from the Eneba site, and losing ₺14,000 is no small matter. I will be filing complaints with the necessary authorities if this is not resolved. Please address this issue immediately.
