eFootball Ranked Match Crash Wiped Out My Five-Game Win Streak

While playing an eFootball Ranked (Division) match, I had won five matches in a row. In the next match, I scored to take a 1–0 lead against an opponent who had 100 more team strength than me. Immediately after scoring, just as I was about to start another attack, the game suddenly froze and kicked me back to the login screen. When I logged back in, the match was recorded as a loss.

I put in a lot of effort, and being disconnected from a match I was clearly winning—especially when there was no issue with my internet connection or my device—is extremely unfair and shows a complete lack of respect for players’ time and effort.
