eFootball Account Hacking Complaint Over Deleted Players

My eFootball account, which I have spent a long time building and playing, was taken over without my permission, and the person who accessed my account deleted my players, essentially wiping out years of progress. I have been playing this game for approximately three years, and my team strength was around 3265. Before my squad was deleted, I had a very strong team that I had spent a significant amount of time and effort building. My in-game ID is ASGQ-406-766-062.

I noticed the issue around August 28 and realized that my account had been used without my permission. After my players were deleted, I reported the issue through the in-game channels and the relevant support channels, but I have still not received any response. It is unacceptable for a player's years of progress to be wiped out so easily while receiving no response from the support team.

I request that my account be investigated, that the person who accessed it without authorization be identified, and that my deleted players or my team be restored to its previous state. I want the time and effort I invested in the game to be properly addressed, and I also hope that a permanent solution can be implemented for other players who experience similar account security issues.
