Today at 17:46:44, I purchased the Burak Yılmaz player pack in the eFootball 2024 mobile version using my Google Play Mastercard, paying $0.47. During the purchase, I encountered an internet connection error, but the payment was still deducted from my account. However, the player pack was not added to my game account, and I did not receive any notification or confirmation.
My username is Osmancan_1905. I have already submitted a support request through the app, but I have not yet received a response. Both the game and my internet connection are functioning properly, and this is the first time I have faced such an issue.
I request that the missing player pack be added to my account or that the payment be refunded to resolve this problem promptly.
