I Paid for eDreams Super Flex Refund Guarantee but Didn’t Receive Full Ticket Refund

On July 26, 2025, I booked a Batik Air flight from Denpasar to Kuala Lumpur (PNR: YOBMZ, Booking Ref: 23667882742) for August 21 through eDreams, paying ₺4,240.45 for the flight and ₺1,146.44 for the “Super Flex” full refund guarantee, totaling ₺5,842.48. I chose the Super Flex option specifically because the booking page clearly promised an unconditional full refund.

However, when I emailed eDreams to cancel and request a refund the next day (July 27), I was shocked to receive a response stating I would only get back ₺1,484.06. They claimed the rest could not be refunded because the fare included a “Prime” membership discount. This contradicts the “full refund guarantee” they advertised and paid extra for.

Moreover, the so-called discounted fare was identical to the price listed on Batik Air’s official website, meaning the “Prime” discount excuse feels misleading. I also contacted Batik Air, and they stated the full responsibility lies with eDreams. Despite canceling only one day after the booking and receiving responses from customer service, I am still waiting for a fair resolution.

I demand that eDreams fully honor the Super Flex refund policy by refunding at least ₺4,673.98 and that the deceptive refund practices be formally investigated. I can provide all relevant emails, invoices, and screenshots upon request.
