I had to request the cancellation of this booking, and this cancellation was caused by the following reasons:
The airlines canceled this booking.
eDreams didn't inform me about the additional verification required by the airlines.
The airlines' verification process is flawed.
The customer service of the airlines, including the online chat, is very poor.
Due to the above-mentioned issues, please grant a full refund of $264.65.
