Economy Rent Cars Won't Refund My €130 Payment

I booked a rental car directly through the Economy Rent Cars website. The company automatically charged €130 to my PayPal account at the time of booking.

When I arrived at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, I was unable to pick up the vehicle, and my reservation was canceled. Despite this, I have never received a refund for the €130 I paid.

I have tried repeatedly to contact the company, but I have been unable to reach anyone. There is no working customer service phone number, and my emails have gone unanswered. I am requesting an immediate refund of my €130.
