EconomyBookings Failed to Refund €1,050 Despite Full Coverage Insurance

On August 4, 2025, I rented a VW Golf from Enterprise at Düsseldorf Airport through economybookings.com, and I also purchased a full coverage insurance package for €79.57. Including the rental and insurance, I paid a total of £257.84 to economybookings.

When returning the vehicle, Enterprise charged my credit card an additional €1,050, claiming there was a very light scuff mark approximately 7–8 cm long on the bumper.

Because I purchased full coverage insurance, this amount should have been refunded to me. I submitted all required documents and completed every step through the economybookings.com app. However, even after 4 months, no refund has been issued and no response has been provided. I was only able to contact customer service once, and after that, no information or solution was offered. Despite submitting requests multiple times, being unable to reach anyone and receiving no response at all has left me seriously disadvantaged.

My reservation number is b52358609. I have all rental and insurance documents available, and I am requesting that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the €1,050 charge be refunded to me in full.
