Ecco Offroad Sandals Suffered Leather Peeling and Splitting Within 40 Days

On June 26, I purchased two pairs of Ecco Offroad sandals (sizes 37 and 39) from the Ecco store in Antalya Terracity Mall, paying a total of $240. In a brief period of roughly 40 days, the leather on both pairs began peeling, splitting, and showing severe wear.
For this reason, I returned the sandals to the Antalya Terracity Ecco store on August 9 to report the issue. Photos of the sandals were taken and forwarded to corporate headquarters, but three days later, I received a phone call informing me that the evaluation concluded "there was no defect with the product." Having the sandals deteriorate so quickly and then receiving this decision without even being provided a formal written inspection report is deeply disappointing.
I refuse to accept that products from Ecco—a brand I chose specifically for its reputation for quality and durability—would deform so rapidly, nor can I accept how post-sale support handled this situation. I demand a full refund of the purchase price I paid for these two defective pairs of sandals, or that both pairs be exchanged for brand-new replacements.
