Ecco Refused to Take Back Shoes I Tried to Return in 1 Day

On June 5, 2025, we tried to return a product we had purchased the previous day from the Ecco store within 24 hours. However, the store manager responded quite harshly, stating that they do not accept returns or exchanges and that this is the company’s policy. Due to the holiday, we contacted Ecco’s customer service today at 10:14, but unfortunately, we received the same negative response. We live in Türkiye, and according to the Consumer Rights Law, customers have the right to return a product within 15 days as long as it is complete and undamaged. This brand has disregarded the law and applied its own internal policy. I would like to state that if the return is not accepted, we will pursue all our legal rights regarding the matter.
