Luxus Hamilton Stroller Broke in 3 Days—Ebebek Won’t Process a Refund
I purchased a Luxus Hamilton baby stroller from Ebebek, and within just three days of use, the right handle bent, and the open-close button started malfunctioning. Concerned about safety and quality, I returned to Ebebek five days after purchase, requesting a refund.
Although their return policy states a 14-day return period, they refused to process my refund because the box had been opened. Instead, they insisted on sending the stroller for service evaluation, claiming I would receive a response within 21 days. It has now been 10 days, and I have received no updates. Meanwhile, my child is small, and in the cold winter months, I urgently need a working stroller.
Since Ebebek won’t process refunds after opening the box, I warn other customers to think twice before purchasing from them! Ebebek, I demand an immediate update and resolution! Has anyone else faced this issue? My service tracking code is 40330962.
