Two years ago, I purchased a Litetrax 3 stroller from the Ebebek Bostancı branch. Recently, the brake cable broke, making the stroller completely unusable. I repeatedly asked to purchase a replacement brake cable, even if it meant paying for it, but Ebebek customer service keeps stalling me with the same answer: “We are looking into it.”
For over a month now, every time I call, I am told that a ticket has been created. Yet later, I find out that no such record exists. Most recently, I was given the tracking number CAS-417580-F9M7M2 along with a link, but when I tried to access it, the link had already expired. To make matters worse, customer service was not even aware of this ticket number. When I requested the branch’s phone number, I was redirected to unrelated numbers with no resolution.
This entire process shows me that Ebebek is not standing behind its products and is failing to provide a real solution.
I am requesting that the brake cable be supplied to me for purchase without further delay and that Ebebek provides a clear, fast, and concrete resolution to this issue.
