eBay Refund Delayed for 4 Months—No Response from Seller or Support

I purchased a Steam Container Drain Valve for my vehicle through eBay, but the item never arrived. Since I never received the product, I canceled the order and requested a refund on September 23. However, four months have passed, and I still haven’t received my money back.

I have repeatedly messaged the seller, but they are ignoring me. I also contacted eBay support via email, but they claim the case is “closed” without resolving my issue. My refund is still missing, and no one is helping me.

eBay, process my refund immediately! Ignoring customers and closing cases without resolving them is unacceptable. Buyers, beware—eBay may leave you stranded with no product and no refund!
