EA FC 25 Coins Reset on PlayStation During Trading Despite No Rule Violation
I would like to report an issue I experienced on the PlayStation platform while playing EA FC 25. About two days ago, while engaging in in-game trading (buying and selling players), my coins were suddenly reset to zero. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and I have not committed any rule violations on my account.
I contacted EA customer service regarding the issue. Their response was that the coin transfer had been confirmed and that no refund would be issued. However, I want to emphasize that there were no violations on my account (username: benvebusehir13, number: 375327) and that I was only performing standard in-game trading.
I request that my coins be restored and that the matter be reviewed once again.
