For a long time, there has been a serious connection issue in one-on-one matches in the FC 26 Mobile Android version. When entering a match, players are frequently matched with opponents who have weak internet connections or extremely high ping. This disrupts the flow of the game from start to finish. Because the opposing player’s connection is unstable, the game constantly freezes, ping spikes occur, and this results in unfair losses. The enjoyment of the game is completely lost.
The fact that this issue has not been fixed since the game’s release has negatively affected the player experience. When match outcomes depend more on connection problems than on player skill, it damages the competitive structure of the game and reduces trust in it.
We request that the matchmaking system take players’ ping values and connection quality into account, and that a maximum ping and minimum connection quality threshold be implemented. Players with unstable internet connections should not be matched with players who have stable connections. We ask for connection-based matchmaking and necessary optimizations so that a fairer and more enjoyable gaming environment can be provided.
