EA FC 26 Mobile Account Suspended – Ban Appeal Request

I am writing regarding the suspension of my EA FC 26 account on mobile, which occurred on 20 August 2026. When I try to log in, I see a message on the screen from EA stating that my account has been suspended for 1,253 hours. I want to clearly state that I did not cheat in the game. I admit that I was looking for ways to cheat and I tried to find or consider some cheating methods, but I never actually used any cheat or tool in matches or in the game itself. Despite this, my account was banned and I believe this decision is unfair. I already contacted EA Help and my case is registered under the number 1090294335178731520, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I kindly request that my account and all related data be thoroughly reviewed once more, including match history, device information and any logs, and that the suspension be lifted if no actual cheating activity is found on my account. I would like my EA FC 26 mobile account to be reactivated as soon as possible, or at least to receive a clear and detailed explanation, with evidence, of what exactly I am accused of and why this ban was applied.
