Poor Dyson Airwrap Performance

I bought a Dyson Airwrap because I trusted the brand, but it turned out to be a letdown. I tried reaching out for help, but couldn't find anyone to assist me with my issues. Dyson has always been there for its customers, but the Turkish branch is hurting Dyson's reputation. I complained about the product to three different people using Dyson's WhatsApp line, hoping to find a solution, but they were not helpful at all. The product doesn't give you curls, and if it does, they go flat in just 5 minutes. It was supposed to work like a straightening comb to fight frizz, but instead, it made it even worse. I couldn't find anyone to talk to about these things.
Progress
I am not satisfied with the Dyson Airwrap product I bought 6 days ago. The curls fall out within 5 minutes. It frizzes and electrifies the hair. It definitely does not fulfill its promises. They said it cannot be returned. I asked for support. They scheduled an appointment for 19:40. We were supposed to have an online meeting, but they kept me waiting for over an hour and I got no results.
