Not Allowed to Return Expensive Dyson Hair-Styling Product

I bought a hair product at the Dyson store in Izmir Istinye Park, and I want to return it within 14 days. However, they say that returns are not possible. They said that we can't use our 14-day right to return a product that cost us 12,500 because it's against consumer rights. This is crazy. We're not happy with the product, and it's not what we were hoping for. It seems that you can return things you buy online, but not things you buy in a store. How can things be so different? We want to use our right to cancel within 14 days and ask for a refund. I will complain to the right people because I don't understand how a store with a good reputation could make such a simple mistake.
