My Dyson Vacuum Cleaner Did Not Arrive, It's Working Loud

Because there was a very loud noise coming from my Dyson cylinder vacuum cleaner, the service was set up at 10. At the moment, I registered and paid 5 thousand or so for my vacuum cleaner. I said OK and made the payment. They received the product, but it is July 15th. I cannot get any information about the product. I was told that we report pain every time in order to be successful, but I was kept waiting all the time. I was received, they admitted that the process was too long and said we would get information immediately, then he sent me an e-mail, called me and informed me of my complaint and grievance, and when it was delivered in 10 days, they said that the maximum legal period would be delivered in 20 days. They saw that the legal period had expired in their systems, but there was an error, re-installation, again no news about the product, legal. It is disappointing to be victimized in this way by such a well-established company, which is sure to be full and even outdated. Moreover, if the product is not delivered within this period, there is no progress even though I was informed that a new one will be sent to me. After this situation, I demand that the new one be sent to me or the current price be paid to me immediately.
