Dyson V8 Vacuum Makes Loud Noise And Loses Suction On Carpets

I've been using the Dyson V8 vacuum since September 2025. It makes a loud noise on all carpets, and its suction either decreases or stops completely. I've also received complaints from my neighbors, especially because it makes a helicopter-like noise. I haven't been able to vacuum my house for about two months. After video calls with customer service, my old appliances were picked up from my address as part of a retirement campaign, included in the discount, and this product was also delivered to my address. Although my old appliances were corded and over 10 years old, they were much quieter and smoother than this new vacuum until the motor broke or the filter failed. The Dyson V8 has been problematic since day one. I've tried every nozzle, but the problem hasn't changed; I can't clean my entire house with the fine nozzles. My appliance is still under warranty. Since it's part of the campaign, I believe I was sent a defective product. I'm requesting that Dyson inspect the vacuum and replace it with a new, faultless one.
