Dyson V8 Vacuum Head Pipe Broke During Normal Use
While I was doing normal vacuuming today with my Dyson V8, the head pipe suddenly broke like a toy without any impact, fall or misuse. I was vacuuming as I always do, and the breakage happened during ordinary use, which makes me question the durability and quality of the product. I am disappointed that a product in this price range and brand reputation can break so easily during standard household use. I am sharing a photo of the broken head to show clearly that the part has cracked and is no longer usable. In this situation, I kindly request a free replacement of the broken V8 head pipe, as I believe this damage occurred due to a production or material defect rather than user error. I ask for my request to be evaluated urgently and for my problem to be resolved as soon as possible.

Why are you lying? Why aren't you getting in touch? How many days has it been, no one has called me and I have been very disadvantaged, I can't use my vacuum cleaner. If you are not going to help, why are you sending such a message?
The head of my Dyson V8 vacuum broke even though it never took any impact. Despite being under warranty, Dyson Turkey customer service demanded a paid part and did not get in touch with me. As a result, I cannot use the vacuum and I am left in a disadvantaged situation.
