Dyson V8 Motor Head Broken

I have been using a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner and about a month ago a small part on the motor head, on the protective side, broke. As far as I understand, this piece is quite thin, and although I did not drop or hit the device, it broke on its own. Because of this breakage the head frequently detaches and falls to the ground, so I can no longer use the product properly. I contacted Dyson customer service about this issue. I was told that this is damage that can occur due to use and that it is not a breakage they encounter very often. However, I certainly did not cause this damage by misusing the device, and I find it unacceptable that such a small and critical part of a product that is advertised as durable and tested for strength can break so easily. Despite this, the company did not stand behind the product; instead I was informed that there is a minimum service fee of ₺4,499 and that a separate fee would not be calculated based on the actual size of the part. I do not think it is fair to demand a minimum service fee of ₺4,499 for such a tiny part that I did not break through user error. I expect Dyson to stand behind its product and advertising claims and to provide a free replacement of the broken part or head so that I can use my Dyson V8 properly again without having to pay this excessive fee.
