Dyson V15 Vacuum Constant Motor Shutdowns

Unfortunately, my Dyson V15 vacuum keeps experiencing a frustrating problem where the motor inexplicably shuts off on its own. Despite sending them a video showing the problem, they disappointingly insist on repeating that this is normal behavior, stating it's designed for forward use only. The device frequently stops, even when I'm using it in a straightforward manner. I continue to receive the identical response, and I deeply regret my Dyson purchase.

I sent my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner to the service center because it was malfunctioning, and they decided to replace it. They asked me to send the remaining parts, which I did, but my new vacuum cleaner has still not been sent to me. It has been 10 days and I have not received the product. We trusted Dyson and did not buy another vacuum cleaner, and now we are being inconvenienced. I did not expect such a situation from the Dyson brand.

What kind of service guarantee system is this? It's been a month since the device was sent to the service center, and they said it would be replaced, but the device still hasn't arrived. I've never seen such poor service. We pay so much money, and the service they provide is zero. I will never buy Dyson again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
