The battery of my Dyson V15 Detect Submarine vacuum cleaner has not been charging for about a week. My product is still under warranty, and after experiencing this issue, I contacted Dyson customer service. They asked me to provide my purchase invoice, which I immediately sent to them. However, so far, no solution has been offered, and the problem remains unresolved.
I am requesting that my issue be addressed promptly and that the battery charging problem with my Dyson V15 Submarine be resolved as soon as possible.
