Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Stops Charging and Damages Working Batteries

I am using a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner, which I purchased in Turkey via a website, and as of 16 October it suddenly stopped charging. After fully charging it, I was no longer able to get it to charge or operate properly. I contacted Dyson customer service and had a video call. During this call, they stated that the problem was related to the battery and told me that I needed to purchase a new battery. However, to verify whether the issue was really the battery, I borrowed a battery from an acquaintance who uses the same Dyson V15 Detect Absolute model. This second battery was working without any issues in their device, but in my vacuum it stopped working approximately three seconds after I pressed the trigger. As a result, a second, previously functional battery also became unusable. This clearly shows that the main problem is not the battery itself but the device, and that my vacuum is causing damage to working batteries. Since 16 October I have contacted Dyson customer service twice, but I have not received any solution or meaningful response so far. I am extremely disappointed that a product in this price range both fails in this way and also damages another working battery, while the only suggestion from support is that I should pay for a new battery myself. In light of all these issues, I request a free device replacement, as my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute appears to be defective in a way that also harms batteries that were functioning correctly before being used in my vacuum.
