Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Missing Upholstery Tool in Box



I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute upright vacuum cleaner from Dyson Turkey on February 28, 2025. When we unboxed the product on Sunday, June 21, 2026, we discovered that several parts, including the upholstery cleaning attachment, were missing from the box. This attachment is one of the key components of this model, and its absence is unacceptable for a product in this price range. There is a clear discrepancy between the contents shown in Dyson Turkey’s advertisements and the actual product we received, which I find misleading. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service today, I was simply told that “management made this decision” and that I would have to purchase these parts separately. For a product that was already sold at a high price with the promise of rich equipment, I am now being asked to pay again for accessories that I believe should have been included in the box, and it appears that the box contents have been changed unilaterally. I request that the missing accessories, especially the upholstery cleaning head, be provided to me free of charge and without delay, and that clear and transparent information be given regarding the box contents so that current and future customers are not misled or inconvenienced in the same way.
