Dyson V12 Warranty Hassles

Let me tell you about my two months of frustration with the Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner I bought from Poland and brought to Turkey. The machine has recently begun making noises that seem out of place. Since I bought it in another country, I contacted Dyson's customer service to see if the warranty would apply. However, I was told that the warranty does not apply to Dyson products purchased in Poland, even though they bear the Dyson logo. I have escalated this to a manager in Dyson customer service and am waiting for their help. After all, Dyson is a globally recognized brand; the company ought to stand behind their wares. It's puzzling that Dyson covers so many other European countries in their warranties but arbitrarily excludes Poland. I'm hoping to speak with someone who can help me get this resolved and who also values Dyson's reputation. The customer shouldn't have to pay the price when you break your own rules. Disappointingly, Dyson's warranty policies vary widely from country to country, despite the company's claims to be a globally trusted brand.
