Jalva Game Deposit Not Credited After PhonePe Payment

I am writing regarding an issue with a deposit I made to my Jalva Game account that has not been credited. My name is Vashid Khan, and my mobile number is 88588850**. On April 23, 2026, at around 10:27 AM, I deposited ₹500 via PhonePe for my Jalva Game account (UID: 6704965).
The payment was successfully completed on PhonePe, but the ₹500 has still not been reflected in my Jalva Game balance. I have attempted to contact support regarding this issue, but my requests keep getting rejected without any clear explanation. This has left me confused about why a successful payment has not been credited.
I request that the ₹500 (approximately $6) be credited to my Jalva Game account (UID: 6704965) as soon as possible. If there is any issue with the transaction, I ask that it be investigated and resolved urgently, with a clear explanation provided.
