Dyson V12 Low Reach Adaptor Broke

The low reach adaptor of my Dyson V12 product broke down by itself and stopped functioning. I don't understand how it can deteriorate so quickly after only 1 year of use. Because the reason why I chose the Dyson brand was that it produces durable and sturdy products. When I contacted the Dyson Turkey support line, I was informed that the relevant part was an accessory and was not covered by warranty. If I had known this information from the beginning, I think I would not have bought Dyson. It did not suit the company at all.

The Dyson company responded to my complaint here with an automated message. They did not contact me in any way. If I had known that Dyson was such a careless company that does not stand behind its product, I would never have bought it. I now understand much better that it is an overly hyped brand in the market. Brands show their quality when service is needed. Dyson failed. Never again.
