Dyson V12 Slim Detect Warranty Ignored When Low-Reach Adapter Broke
"Dyson customer service contacted me on November 4th. They called me via video to see the defective attachment and said they would fix the situation, specifically mentioning that they would urgently send a new attachment due to my pregnancy. I have been waiting for 20 days to make a positive update regarding my complaint. But no attachment has been sent. It seems I was called just to withdraw my complaint. You are not standing by your product under warranty or your customer who is in a difficult situation. I feel like I'm being mocked. It's really a shame."
