Dyson V15 Under-Furniture Adapter Replacement Request Due to Durability

Dear Dyson Türkiye Customer Service: I've been using my Dyson V15 model device with great success for a long time. However, my device's under-furniture adapter recently broke, limiting its use significantly. I was informed that it is no longer covered by warranty, which was quite disappointing. Because of a back condition, this adapter is extremely useful to me. I'm sharing this issue with you because I believe in Dyson's products and customer service. I respectfully request that this issue with the adapter's durability be addressed and that the adapter be replaced under warranty. Thank you in advance for your understanding and help. Sincerely,
