Dyson V11 Absolute Vacuum Has Design Failure
Dyson Turkey refuses to acknowledge the design flaw in the V11 cordless vacuum cleaner. I'm facing an ongoing issue with the pipe wobbling, which has now become chronic. Initially, the pipe started shaking at its connection point to the body, gradually worsening until it became impossible to use for cleaning. As a loyal Dyson customer since 1999, I own several Dyson products including a corded vacuum cleaner, a cordless vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, a hair straightener, and an air purifier. I even purchased original V11 filters from Dyson Turkey at a significant cost. However, they now insist that I pay for the replacement pipe since the warranty has expired, demanding a fee of 1500 TL without offering any discount. To make matters worse, the replacement pipe is currently out of stock. As a result, the V11 vacuum cleaner I once trusted has become useless in my hands. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Dyson, a company that fails to prioritize the needs of its loyal customers and disregards the concept of goodwill guarantee. In response, I have decided to purchase the Anker Mach V1 Ultra vacuum cleaner, which is touted as a Dyson killer. I urge potential buyers to beware before investing in a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, as the V11 model has proven to be faulty twice over. While the technology may be impressive, the decline in quality is undeniable.
