Dyson V11, Durability Fail, They Put the Blame On Me
I bought a Dyson V11 brand vacuum cleaner in November 2020. Shortly after I started using it, there was a gap where the pipe and head enter, I called the company and they said it was 'user error', although they showed it differently in their advertisements regarding durability, we said it could be, and we accepted it by saying it was our fault. After 3 years, the product started to malfunction frequently. While vacuuming, it gives a warning that 'air ducts are clogged', the vacuum cleaner goes off and we cannot use it. When we call the company, the customer representative says there is nothing they can do and the engine part needs to be replaced. The price of spare parts is around 5 thousand TL. In other words, the product of the company that sells Turkey's most expensive vacuum cleaner gives mechanical failure in 3.5 years and the company does not stand behind its product. You should not be deceived by advertisements...
