I have been using my Dyson V11 Absolute Extra cordless vacuum with satisfaction until recently. However, I’ve started noticing a strong mold odor coming from the filter, which has been extremely unpleasant and concerning. Upon contacting Dyson support, I was told that this issue is not covered under warranty.
This response is deeply disappointing, especially considering the number of similar complaints I’ve come across. As someone with severe allergies, the mold odor from the vacuum has significantly aggravated my condition, making its use unbearable.
I expected Dyson to stand behind their product, but this experience has left me feeling regretful about my purchase. I urge Dyson to address this issue promptly and provide a solution for affected customers.
