Dyson V10 Trigger Issue and Service Delays
On May 26, 2023, I purchased a Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner from Teknosa. I didn't use it much because I wasn't at home much during the summer. The trigger problem arose soon after. Two people nearby have the V10 and are experiencing the same issue. One sent it in for service, changed the battery, and is now experiencing the same problem. The service will arrive tomorrow after a 25-day wait. It can't be a user's fault in a product where so many people are experiencing the same problem shortly after paying a significant amount. I don't have another vacuum, so being without one for 25 days is a major inconvenience. It's all about regret. I've only heard empty procedural sentences so far. The products must be replaced. Every user is affected by the V10 trigger issue.
