Dyson Sold Me a V10 That Is Unsuitable for Hair and Now Wants Me to Buy a V8
About two months ago, I called Dyson and they suggested the most suitable machine for my workplace, the v10, and I bought it from their website. I am a male barber and I vacuum hair all the time. However, the machine does not work with sufficient performance. When I contacted them about the issue, they called the service. The necessary cleaning procedures were performed, but my machine still does not work properly. When I called again, they said there was a problem with the filter, I waited 3 weeks and they sent a new one. It still does not work properly. When I finally informed them about the situation today, they said that the v10 is not suitable for vacuuming hair, I should use this one and I should buy a new v8 animal. Why do I have to pay for a new machine? If there is such a situation, shouldn't you take the machine back and send the one you suggested? I want the issue to be resolved urgently.
